Satellite TV Installation Technician

Job Responsibilities

Our Technicians are responsible for the installation and service of DISH Satellites Systems/ Products, performed in the customer’s home, in their presence, and without supervision. This may include testing and repairing equipment that receives digital signals for residential customers by performing the following duties:

  • Uses problem-solving and technical skills to install satellite dishes and related equipment
  • Provides excellent customer experience while maintains a safe work environment
  • Evaluates job site to assess optimal placement of satellite dish and communicates with customers to review the installation process
  • Troubleshoots systems to determine the appropriate resolution for reported problems with usage

Job Description

Will work with the company’s software development lifecycle to design and develop both new and enchantments to software applications that meet business specifications

Job Duties:
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s application portfolio, development tools, and development procedures.
  • Actively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Provide development activities level of effort and duration estimates for schedule planning. The developer is expected to proactively manage activities to deliver required work on time.

Job Duties:

IT Project Manager

Job Description

The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager will be a member of the IET Companies New Product Development Team.  The position is responsible for the oversight and management of software and hardware development for a variety of new products and services.  This includes driving the software development lifecycle, from identifying the need/opportunity, taking the software through full implementation and evaluation, and providing ongoing support and administration.  The position will also engage with clients to enhance of appropriate business processes supporting new software solutions.  This position requires close alignment with other IET product development team members, management of vendors, and the technical skills to effectively evaluate software design approaches, business processes, required hardware, and provide realistic cost/ benefit analysis.
