Satellite TV Installation Technician
Job Responsibilities
Our Technicians are responsible for the installation and service of DISH Satellites Systems/ Products, performed in the customer’s home, in their presence, and without supervision. This may include testing and repairing equipment that receives digital signals for residential customers by performing the following duties:
Uses problem-solving and technical skills to install satellite dishes and related equipment
Provides excellent customer experience while maintains a safe work environment
Evaluates job site to assess optimal placement of satellite dish and communicates with customers to review the installation process
Troubleshoots systems to determine the appropriate resolution for reported problems with usage
Provides customer education regarding system usage
Manages the administrative processes including van inventory and appropriate documentation
Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction
This person will perform a wide variety of customer service/dispatching and administrative duties required to receive, screen, record, prioritize, assign, and close customer requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive Customer requests for service in a professional manner, obtaining needed information to efficiently dispatch the calls.
Take ownership of service calls from the creation of the service request through service completion proactively escalating issues to the Department Manager.
Reassign work as needed to manage customer's expectations making judgments based on technician proximity, current workloads, skills and criticality of the call.
Validate technicians debrief information and perform invoicing transactions.
Maintain deficiency/project tracking; coordinate jobs with customers, technicians and ensuring parts are available if needed.
Professionally field customer complaints and attempt to resolve involving your supervisor when necessary.
Maintain Document Retention Strategy for retaining hard copy service acknowledgements, work orders, and inspection reports.
Maintain extensive service contract filing system.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and employer information at all times.
Perform other duties as directed.

Responsible for analyzing government requests for proposals (RFPs) and performing various administrative duties to assist the Marketing Coordinator. Understanding and refining proposal strategies, conducting research, and writing high-quality proposal content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare proposal material making sure the submittal is consistent with company strategy, themes and government RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and task order proposal requirements.
Providing administrative aid to the Marketing Coordinator.
Facilitate bid evaluation, proposal strategy, and handle production and delivery of RFPs/bids.
Writing new proposals that facilitate solicitation and procurement of new business.
Read, review and dissect solicitation opportunities such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with proposal processes and procedures.
Various administrative duties, such as phone calls, scheduling appointments, running errands, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Support the marketing coordinator in the review and interpretation of Request for Proposals (RFP) for determining customer requirements and communicating information to the team.

Must have writing, editing and formatting proposal experience with Federal Government contracting.
